True story: In the first season of the Golden Girls, the actress who played the most sexually active one (Rue McClanahan) was 49 years old. In Sex & the City 2, the actress who plays the most sexually active one (Kim Cattrall) is 54.  The GOLDEN GIRLS.

Further fact checking shows that Rue McClanahan (with whom I share a birthday, oddly enough) was actually 50 or 51 (she was born in February) for the first season of Golden Girls (1985), while Kim Cattrall is actually 53.  But he was correct in that Cattrall is older.  …That’s still interesting, right?  …Kind of?

Kick-Ass star Aaron Johnson is only 19.  Sam Taylor-Wood, who directed him in the John Lennon biopic Nowhere Boy, is 42.  But that didn’t stop him from knocking her up.  It’s kinda weird, but kinda impressive, considering the only thing I could’ve knocked up when I was 19 was my roommate’s socks.  She must have really strong kegels.

Young film star Aaron Johnson and divorced director Sam Taylor-Wood yesterday [in January] announced they are expecting their first child. The couple, who met when Sam, 42, cast Aaron, 19, as John Lennon in her feature film Nowhere Boy, have been engaged since October.
A spokesman for the pair said: “We can confirm that Sam is pregnant with her and Aaron’s first child. Both are very, very happy.”
Artist-turned-director Sam has daughters Angelica, 12, and Jessie, three, from her 11-year marriage to Jay Jopling, which ended in 2008.  Art dealer Jay, 46, has been linked with Lily Allen, 24. [MirrorUK - thanks to Zak for the tip]

Jeez, I would’ve thought one of the advantages of banging a 42-year-old was that at least she couldn’t get pregnant.  She must have a very youthful womb.  Which is what I look for in a woman (they complain about the speculum being cold, but it’s worth it).  In any case, I hope the baby doesn’t mind breast feeding from two white flags that say “Bang.”

I was just about to break for lunch when FilmDrunkard Jessica sent me the above clip, which prominently features Angela Lansbury’s camel toe, as if I needed help building up an appetite. It’s not really film-related per se, but it’s a pretty well-crafted mashup of Lansbury talking sex and doing yoga, Zsa Zsa Gabor (with Titan from American Gladiators), and the Dancin’ Grannies.  Be sure to watch until the 2:07 mark when one mature sex feline tells us what she might do “if Burt Lancaster ever came a-courtin.”  It’s pretty funny if you imagine him riding a rascal scooter with a carnation in his lapel.  (And not so much if you picture her huge, grey muff.  But then funny again if you picture her huge, grey muff with a carnation in it).

Kim Basinger, who surely deserves a spot on the Hollywood Cougar Hall of Fame along with, say, Marisa Tomei, stars in this new red-band trailer for While She Was Out.  In it, she gets verbally abused by her husband who, sadly, never refers to her as a “rude little pig”. She then drives to the grocery store where she leaves a note on someone’s windshield, who, as it turns out, is a psycho killer who was just waiting for someone to send him over the edge.  Other things to watch for:
