I know I normally hate zombies and all, but “Jim Henson’s Resident Evil 5″ comes from Black20, whom you may remember from their fake Spirit trailer, “Quantum of Bonds,” or “Journey at the Center of The Earth.”  Anyway, this one’s probably not as good as their others, but still pretty decent.  I’d really like to know how they do that digital blood spurting effect.  Seems like it’d really spice up my videos of myself masturbating.  What?  Oh, like you don’t do it.

Remember that For Your Consideration Spirit trailer I posted a while back?  The one that just compiled the bad reviews?  This one’s like that, but a lot better.  It’s from Black20, they of Quantum of Bonds and Journey at the Center of the Earth.  They managed to find better quotes.  Quotes like, “This movie was so good I’m spinning in my goddamned grave,” says Gene Siskel.

Black20 has a new video out (you may remember them from Journey at the Center of the Earth, Quantum of Bonds, and Batman vs. Batman).  This one imagines what a Contra movie would be like as directed by Uwe Boll.  I was also thinking something something up down up down left right left right B A select start OMG do you guys remember that?  Relevant pop culture nostalgia joke, LOL!

I don’t usually post trailer mashups because the concept is stale, and let’s be honest, who gives a shit if The Exorcist were a comedy.  But this one’s called Quantum of Bonds, and it comes from Black20, the geniuses behind Journey at the Center of the Earth.  Aside from the unmatched level of technical proficiency, most trailer mashup makers simply wouldn’t have the wherewithal to add lines like, “That shirt makes you look like a dickhead.  Oh wait, that’s your face.” In any case, kudos to you, sirs (though a couple tigers here and there wouldn’t have hurt).

In other Bond vs. Bond news, Roger Moore thinks the new Bond is too violent.  Luckily not many people pay attention to him because he’s old.

Those geniuses at Black20 have done it again. This is their trailer for Journey at the Center of the Earth. Parody or not, it’s still the greatest thing Brendan Fraser’s ever done.  And while we’re on the subject of Journey, can we just pause for a moment to analyze the lyrics?

Streetlights, people.  Livin’ just to find emotion.

I can not even fathom the amount of balls it took to write that with a straight face, let alone perform it live.  I’ll keep believin all right.
