Cindy Lou Who Is All Grown Up Now

If you’re a regular viewer of Gossip Girl, then you’re probably well aware of who Taylor Momsen is and you also probably found this site by accident or because someone totally posted a link on your Facebook. But fans of holiday films and Jim Carrey’s overacting may remember her as Cindy Lou Who from The Grinch who Stole Christmas, which was one of the actress’ first roles. And she also has herself a band on the side, as The Pretty Reckless has been a favorite topic of gossip blogs for some time because of Momsen’s on-stage antics (she kisses girls, so edgy) and her trashy outfits.

We’ve probably never discussed her here before, because most of her antics either came when she was underage – you know, government watch lists and all – or we just really don’t care, but now she’s 19 and naked as all heck in her latest “music video” so errbody’s got Taylor Momsen on the brain.

Accompanying the artistic shots which are directed by Tim Mattia, Taylor can be heard narrating the lyrics to her band, The Pretty Wreckless’ track Under the Water.

The third track taken from their Hit Me Like A Man album features touching yet disturbing lines, including, ‘Broken lines, across my mirror. Show my face, all red and bruised. And though I screamed and I screamed, well no one came running. No I wasn’t saved.’ (Via the Daily Mail)

“Touching yet disturbing” is how I’d like my funeral, but edgy and unique these lyrics are not. However, I won’t sit here and ramble on and on about how she’s just another young girl starved for attention and flaunting a faux “don’t give a sh*t” attitude, because I already lost you at naked, so please enjoy the video after the jump.
