We’ve known for a few years that a Fraggle Rock movie was in the works, but it was revealed this week that the movie that was supposed to be released in 2009 finally has writers. And this excites me as a person who spent much of his childhood in front of a TV, because I can’t wait to see Red, Boober, Gobo, Mokey, and the rest of the gang do their thing… *clap, clap* down in Fraggle Rock.
And the excitement is multiplied thanks to the success of Jason Segel’s The Muppets, as he proved that Jim Henson’s lovable characters are still as relevant as ever. Speaking of the Muppets and awesome segues, a “blooper reel” was released this week and it’s just as fantastic as the movie was.
