I think they first put that ‘laugh loop’ on SNL. Didja know Brendan has hosted SNL twice? He was funny, in drag, when they parodied Xena the Warrior Princess. Also funny when straight-man pharmaicist for Cheri O’Teri as a drug-addled old bitch at the Drug store. I laughed…then I pointed my fingers. Then roared with laughter. Then laughed some more. Especially the part where she said how “you can’t say Mellencamp without smilin’”. True! And I get that. Brendan was born in Indiana, as was Mellencamp. Things that make ya go Hmmmmmm.
