Everyone knows that Citizen Kane was released in 1941 and is widely considered the best film of all time (*cough* Overrated! *cough, cough*). What this video presupposes is, what if it was remade with “more d*ck kicking?” According to Cinematical, Mark Potts and Singletree Productions premiered it at the 2010 Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival on Friday night. It’s a solid parody of the era of remakes the film industry is currently in, and it’s a sad comment when parody trailers are based on better ideas than the actual projects getting greenlit. Yes, I said “a sad comment.” Quick, someone write a thesis.
Anyway, it’s a funny video, and it features one my favorite but-sadly-rarely-seen video attributes: the old punctuate-a-point-by-angrily-taking-a-bite-of-your-burrito. Eating angry = always funny.

Rosebud is the wrong type for this film, man. I’d go with some Purple Kush or some Alaskan Thunderfuck.

*Kane flips open the launch control safety panel and cooly presses the trigger firing the missile Leland is hanging from. The missile flies through the previously blown hole in the nearby office building then nose dives into the A-Team Van for a spectacular EXPLOSION*
I want to give this trailer a hug. But not like a regular hug or one of those gaywad side hugs, but a full on, aroused crotch pressed uncomfortably into your thigh and hands slid too far down your back making you stammer nervously hugs. Maybe with a quick ass slap at the end.
I think I´ll wait for the gay newspaper version, citizen keane.
