Have you ever wished your favorite movie had a rousing, 80s-style anthem with the title in the chorus? Or that a mediocre movie you can sort of remember seeing on cable once when you were high had one? Depending on how high you are right now, that’s what the group .357 Lover here has done here with Event Horizon. Their attention to the tenets of the genre is impeccable, including an overweight singer who uses his long hair and beard to compensate for a receding hairline. Personally, I use my impeccable hairline to compensate for my inability grow a beard and love of sweatpants.
Pay special attention to the epic guitar solo starting at 1:44 and the reaction shots of the band wondering when the hell he’s going to finish his solo at 2:07. That’s what eventually broke up Hall & Oates.

Soooooo, which one is Stinky Peet?
Zog see more emotional expression on 3-day dead coyote.
3-Day Dead Coyote name of Zog new band.
Good god’s dingleberries Event Horizon was f’n terrible. I mean a bigger stinker than a bag of rotting donkey cocks. So bad it wasn’t even funny bad, just unbelievably atrocious. I remember making the friend that dragged me to that shit cake give me $7 to repay me for the ticket, and he drove so I couldn’t leave. Fuck it was appalling. Really, when they dropped that one in the can did they think, “Hooo boy! We’re not ever making something that awesome again.” or did they do it with the shame of the guy that shrugs, quietly apologizes to the world and sends off the latest Uwe Boll fecal bomb? The only good that dreadful film could have done would be to end a large number of careers.
So, two wrongs can make a right after all. Interesting…
It’s not Rocketblast Bath at a Hawkwind tribute but hey, what is ?
I actually liked event horizon, even though in the theatre there was this couple making out in front of me. And I kinda jerked off to that, so, maybe it wasn´t the movie at all.
I wanted to throw up while watching Event Horizon and it wasn’t because of the gore
I would like Jacktion to make an 80s theme for Filmdrunk, cause I believe he is the only man for the job.
Event Horizon is one of the few movies that adding Cam Gigandet to would actually make it better
Because who wouldn’t pay to see him go to Hell
Event Horizon had exactly two good things in it.
Fish. Burne.
You guys are fags, Event Horizon was boffo.
*skullfucks ship captain*
From Rotten Tomatoes;
“A retarded Goth version of 2001.”
“You look at Event Horizon as you would something that fell out of someone’s nose.”
I’ll put it this way, Sphere was better.
Even worse, like Hostel, the premise is really clever yet the final product was botched so badly you can’t help but wonder how the director wasn’t taken out back and shot
It’s good to see that Al has been able to stay busy since Tool Time was canceled.
I don’t even really know what to think about Event Horizon. It ended in the middle of the second act.
It’s usually best to grade Horror movies on a curve.
Donkey, you is.
As Corn Mo makes clear through the medium of song it is a work of visionary genius. I think.
This really is a ring tone on my phone.
I don’t even really know what to think about Event Horizon. It ended in the middle of the second act.
And they didn’t even have the sense to include a giant spider in the third…
For years I’ve used “Event Horizon” to refer to what others call a “shart”.
What the fuck kind of keyword algorithm is causing an ad at the top right looking to cast extras for Twilight: Breaking Dawn?
That movie just needed Sam Neill to swing his dick around and redemption would have been found.
Well asAIDS, we are talking about a really shitty movie…
Glenn, I think it is all the Avatar posts…
Ears? They obviously don’t need ears where they’re going.
Tide’s up!
“Event Horizon” is defined as the surface of a black hole. The title was actually a metaphor for Laurence Fishburne’s anus.
these guys will save the music industry
I’m so glad that I’m not the only Corn Mo fan out there, Morty.
I saw him play twice. Once by himself, and once with .357 Lover.
But did you see him sing Busey Boy ? Huh ? Did’ja ?
