06.18.09 MORE FAKE ADAM SANDLER MOVIES
Judd Apatow’s Funny People recently debuted GeorgeSimmons.com, celebrating the fictional movie career of Funny People’s main character, a fictionalized version of Adam Sandler played by Adam Sandler. Here are a bunch of movie clips and posters. I know this has been done before (and come on, guys, Merman? everyone knows that reference), but what can I say, I’m a sucker for deliberately bad comedy. Plus, they’re really accurate parodies. Above is a clip from ‘Sayonara Dave,’ in which the Japanese woman gushes:
“You have open our eyes. …As far as we can open them.”
My only criticism is that the fake posters didn’t include quotes from Ain’t It Cool News or Pete Hammond. Who, as it turns out, recently called Sandra Bullock-vehicle The Proposal “the year’s best comedy!” I asked Pete Hammond how he sleeps at night and he said, “On an air mattress filled with Eazy Cheeze!” True story. Sick f*cker loves exclamation points.

So, about this mouth rape…..
I’m really glad that Ken Jeong’s parents survived the cargo boat ride.
“Sayanora Davey” reminds me of a comedy I’m writing about a retarded Chinese kid named Sum Ting Wong.
Merman
“The love story thats a little fishy”
Thats also the tagline for the Tom Cruise Katie Holmes biopic.
“The Proposal: The Best Comedy of The Year”
Peter Hammond forgot to put “Starring Sandra Bullock” after his quote.
