05.26.09 NIC CAGE IS PROUD OF WICKER MAN
FilmDrunkard Brian sent over these pictures of Nic Cage’s trailer from the set of The Sorcerer’s Apprentice in New York. Brian writes:
I was happy to see that he lists “The Wicker Man” with pride on the side of his big ass Airstream trailer. Proof positive he values his role as a sexist bear over that Raising Arizona bullsh*t everybody raves about.
Brian raises an interesting point – this seems like an odd cross section of Nic Cage credits, especially if you wanted to make him feel like a big star. I thought the trailer painter guy must have been having a laugh until I realized these are all movies Nic Cage produced. Does anyone even remember Next?
“A Las Vegas magician who can see into the future is pursued by FBI agents seeking to use his abilities to prevent a nuclear terrorist attack.”
Come clean now, guys, that’s a fake IMDB entry someone created just to F with me, right? No way he’s played this many people who know magic.

I thought Tom Hanks played the guy with AIDS.

The Nic Cage card gives the wielder a +22 forehead rating but at a cost of -5 acting per use.
What did he have to do with Shadow of the Vampire?
*gouges eyes out with lightsaber pens at seeing “Bad Lieutenant” defamed*
He has a sticker on the luggage compartment that reads: “PUT THUH BUNNAH IN THUH BOX!”
They’re painted right next to the door to remind Mr. Cage of all the shit he gets away with while still getting movie roles. That really helps him relax after a stressful day.
Nic Cage was set to play Mary Corleone, but lost the part due to nepotism.
Lince, can you Photoshop the trailer to make it look like it is getting hit by a Klingon photon torpedo?
Just for the record, Next is worse than the Wicker Man. With Wicker you can still enjoy it because it is so stupid. Next is just unbearable.
Where’s the Airstream trailer dedicated to his hairpieces?
the twist at the end of the sorcerer’s apprentice is it turns out to be a documentary
–== Matchcougar.C’om ==– It’s where Cougar (women who are mature, rich and experienced) and men who like them can meet.
I have never seen such a tribute to mediocrity.
