04.08.09 STALLONE FALLS DOWN… OR DOES HE????
Sharp-eyed FilmDrunkard Daniel sent me this video of Stallone “slipping and falling down like the old man he is” on the set of The Expendables. Though the fact that he lands directly on a cushion would lead me to believe the “fall” was in the script. Actually, I’m posting it largely because the video’s from from a Swedish site and everything about it is awesomely Swedish. Like how they introduce the video with a still from Tango and Cash and then play Duran Duran’s “Wild Boys” over it the whole time. Also, there’s a “fullskärm” button, which is pretty adorable. In related news, Ryan Gosling orders the Swedish pancakes whenever he goes to IHOP. Haha, ‘Lingonberries’, that word always makes him giggle!

I’m ruling in favor of “fell down like the old man that he is”. You can clearly see the right foot slip on the walkway thingy or whatever.

Yes, Sly may have tripped, but he tripped while he was diving to rip out the jugular vein of the man who wore the same sweet outfit that day. Green shirt and tight jeans….perfection.
