Isn’t that how Clyde died? Stupid orangutan.
*wipes tear from eye, punches wall
This video made me try crack just to quit it.
Clint: “This is crack cocaine…it can kill you…and if it doesn’t…I WILL.”
PS: “Get away from my car you punks!”
“I know what you’re thinking. Did that vial have six rocks or only five? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself….”
Those vials are pretty cute.
“It was Callahan, the big cop, he’s always trying to sell me crack!”
My glamour drug of the ’80s was Flock of Seagulls. Or was that my anti-drug? I don’t remember, I was pretty messed up for most of the ’80s.
This PSA convinced me to never try crack…until it mentioned that it can be a thrill.
Also, who won that Thrill List contest from a while back?
Patrick Bateman watched this PSA and read the last line as “It’s a thrill to kill.”
Clint Eastwood’s next film will be Gran Cocaino, where after years of hate and prejudice against crack, he finally befriends the drug and realizes the errors of his ways.
Crack is Whack!
Clint’s least favorite fashion trend of the 80s was parachute pants. Too many zipperheads.
My glamour drug of the 80′s was my Frankie Say Relax shirt. Turns out it was a gateway drug. Before you knew it I was into leg warmers and jelly shoes. Preeetty ugly.
That was my crack until it fell in his yard and he said he was keeping it.
Obviously he didn’t practiced what he preached because he went on to make Space Cowboys
Where did the moniker of “crack” come from, anyway? I doubt it could be derived from all that rock cocaine I sold Catholic schoolchildren as “Cracker Jack Surprises”…
My glamour drug was a piano key necktie that I wore backwards so it was pointing to my butthole.
William Shatner was the first choice to do this PSA. But he couldn’t…finish…the dialogue…in…30 seconds!
The thing I miss about the 80′s isn’t the good Coke, but that was the last decade that teens wore their pants above their ass-Crack.
The only crack Clint Eastwood was into during the ’80s was Sondra Locke.
“If you’re going die for something…this sure as hell aint it”
Die for your country…killing Gooks.
Clint was actually brought in last minute for this spot. It was originally produced using the guy from the Micro Machines commercials, but the networks didn’t find him very credible.
Yeah, wtf was the Sondra Locke thing about? She was C grade hot at best.
New up, fucklesticks.
Two things that can kill you in the 80s: Crack and 80 year old Clint Eastwood.
….later that month Crack filmed an anti-scolwing Public Service Announcement. My favorite part was when he held up Clint Eastwood and said “You think it’s the glamour look of the 80s? That’s the point of this lil’ PSA.”
