Lionsgate just released two new character posters for The Spirit, and in a shocking move, they both utilize the black-white-red color palette. Sarah Paulson and Jaime King join previous poster subjects Eva Mendes and Scarlett Johansson.

Now, “Come to me, lover” I can understand.  But “Keep the mask on”?  What am I, some kind of male butterface?  Just because I have rippling pecs doesn’t mean I don’t have feelings.  It’s like the ladies are always telling me, “Shh, don’t talk.  When you talk it makes the pretty go away.”
