‘THE DE2ENT’ GETS A DIRECTOR

The Descent sequel will be directed by first timer Jon Harris, who was the editor on the first one. It will be called The De2ent, an obvious homage to the classic sequel 2even Bride2 for 2even Bro2er2.
Says Descent director Neil Marshall in an interview with Fangoria:
“I will not be directing The Descent 2, but I will be overseeing every aspect of the production. There’s nothing to oversee yet, though, as the script is currently being written. My Descent editor Jon Harris will make his feature directing debut with the sequel, and I can’t think of a better man for the job.”
Normally I couldn't care less about a horror movie, let alone a horror movie sequel (I prefer whore movies). But The Descent was pretty enjoyable. Not since Kimbo Slice have I been that afraid of flying poles.
Also, if I had a black son, I would name him "Vociferous". Vociferous Lee if it's a girl.

This is a sweet ass poster. And yes, the first Descent was awesome. Even the ending was great, which I think 90% of everyone that saw it bitched about. Because it wasn't a cut and dry and happy Michael Bay ending. wwaaaaaaaaaaahhh…..

It was a taut, horrific thriller … even if they did kill off the uber-hot Asian chick.

I had this movie 6 months before it came out here in the US, and my god did it make me prejaculate all over. Breath of fresh air for the genre of movies which try to be scary. It passed my test with colors that were flying at the time. Wow, this post has GOT to get me laid.
Do the 2 chicks kneeling down in the middle have 3 legs each? Where are the extra feet coming from? That is scary.

Vanilla: Look at the original Dali and it's more clear. the middle feet belong to the chick on top.

Descent the computer game was …. err… repetative. Descent the movie had nothing in common – it was scary for one thing; plus it had characters you cared about because they were hot females.
Descent was really quite awesome, which surprised me. I expected something shitty, but what came out was rather good.
Why the sequel though? (Apart from cashola, obviously)
